Victoria is the FoundHer of “The Victoria Approach.”
She earned her Juris Doctorate degree (Doctor of law), and continues to use her skills to navigate through alternatives to lawsuits. She began her faith-based peace clinic in 2010. She is determined to help overwhelmed individuals in all types of civil disputes using her innovative tools and her top-notch legal skills to provide the “win-win approach™.”
As a strong policy advisor and mCIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrator), she devotes her time to drafting different policies and tools that aid quicker resolution to assist families in navigating through conflicts without resulting in lawsuits. She became a court-appointed guardian in 2013 and launched her corporate guardianship company (ABI-BEULAH, Inc.) in 2019. Victoria is a passionate Legal Professor. She currently teaches Criminal law and procedure where she pours out her legal skills into students aspiring to becomes legal professionals themselves. Since founding her company, she continues to accept court-appointments in Guardianship and Conservatorship matters as well as court appointment Family Law Mediation and Conciliation.
